Policies

Each piece is made by hand, just for you — so good things take a little time. Once your order is placed, allow 6–10 business days for your piece to be made before it ships. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as it's on its way.

Standard Shipping $8 · arrives within 4–7 business days from ship date
Express Shipping $15 · arrives within 1–3 business days from ship date
Free Shipping On all orders over $250

Every mor [of that] piece is handmade to order, made specifically for you. We want you to love what you receive — and if something isn't right, we're here to help.

You have 7 days from your delivery date to initiate a return on unworn items in original packaging. We offer two options:

Refund to original payment method Item price only · $5 restocking fee · shipping non-refundable · customer pays return shipping
Store credit (recommended) Full item price as a gift card · no restocking fee · no deductions · customer pays return shipping

Please do not send items back without contacting us first — we'll provide the return address and next steps.

The following are final sale and not eligible for return:

  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount code
  • Orders with customizations — custom length, color preferences, or special requests noted at checkout
  • Items that are worn, damaged, or not in original packaging
  • Returns requested after 7 days of delivery

If your piece arrives damaged or defective, email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right.

  • Avoid contact with perfume, oils, and lotions — put it on last
  • Store flat or hanging in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
  • Natural gemstones can be sensitive to chemicals — keep away from cleaning products
  • Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth after wearing
  • Do not submerge in water

Please note that natural gemstones may vary slightly in color, texture, and appearance from photos — this is the beauty of working with real stone. No two pieces are exactly alike.

Yes. All stones are natural gemstones and glass rondelles. Because they're natural, each bead has slight variations in color and pattern — making every piece one of a kind.

Most pieces feature 18k gold-plated finishings. Some pieces (like Mira) use sterling silver. The specific finishing is listed in each product's details.

Yes — leave a note for Moria in the note field at checkout and we'll do our best to accommodate. Please note that orders with customizations are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.
